Talent Acquisition FAQ

This is a general overview of our recruitment process. Please note that depending on the role, there may be slight differences and we do sometimes work with third party recruitment firms to fill positions – they may have a different process altogether.

Our recruitment process is simple, once you have submitted your application, which may include a questionnaire or assignment, our Human Resources Supervisor will review your submission. We review submissions based on the requirements of the role, as well as organizational fit to the best of our ability. If your application meets our requirements, you’ll be contacted to engage in the next stage of the process.

The next stage is a phone call. We want to get to know you better, learn more about your skills and give you an opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the role or organization.

For candidates that succeed in communicating their skills and showing interest, we will conduct an in-person meeting (online if accommodations are needed) with the Senior Vice President and the Human Resources Supervisor at the facility location you applied for in your application. This stage in the process allows us to focus on your suitability for the role and dive deeper into your experiences, skills, attitude, motivations, and goals. There may be an onsite testing component based on specific roles.

If everything goes well, you’ll find an offer in your email within a week of the in-person interview.

Absolutely! We always encourage interested applicants to continue developing their skills and try again. If you didn’t land the role the first time, we want to encourage you to try again later.

Once you accept the offer, sign the document, and return it to the recruiter, the Human Resources Supervisor will send out credentials for safety training which must be completed before working within our facilities. Once completed, you will have your first day on site. Onboarding will begin where we will ask for your contact details and go through a list of information you need to know. You’ll have a tour of the facility and meet many other employees. Then you will then meet your team leader and begin ISO and on the job training. Your workspace will be designated to you and any equipment needed will be provided within the first week.

Training length depends on your role and is an ongoing part of development and growth at Ardea Technologies. You will learn about our processes, tools, guidelines and more.

Certain positions are eligible for a hybrid-remote work environment, and this will be stated within each job description.
